Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes Act (Confiscation of Benefits), 1992 (CDSA Act) is enacted to provide for the confiscation of benefits derived from, and to combat, corruption, drug trafficking, and other serious crimes and for purposes connected therewith.
