ISCA’s Ethics Pronouncement 200: AML/CFT Requirements and Guidelines for Professional Accountants in Singapore

In line with the primary AML regulations in Singapore, the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants has issued Ethics Pronouncement 200: AML/CFT – Requirements and Guidelines for Professional Accountants in Singapore. The EP 200 lays down the systems and controls that independent accountants must implement to ensure adequate Customer Du diligence processes and reporting of suspicious transactions.
